Elisa Clements is the Chief Operating Officer for the American Federation for Children Growth Fund. Prior to joining the American Federation for Children Growth Fund in 2012, she served as Academic Partner Manager for an online career training school. She also spent six years at Parents for Choice in Education (PCE), an organization dedicated to expanding school choice in Utah. She served as Executive Director of PCE during a successful effort to pass a voucher program in Utah. Elisa has a bachelor’s degree with honors in English and a master’s in Business Administration, both from Brigham Young University.
